Rester Select Jodhpur

Very disappointing experience. Room condition was poor, food quality was bad, and cleaning service was not done properly. Basic hygiene and hospitality standards were missing. Staff response was also unsatisfactory.Overall, this was the worst hotel stay I’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless major improvements are made in room maintenance, food quality, and housekeeping.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was also good. Service was excellent. Dishes served were good. Car parking is also good. Little smell in the toilet. Maybe more concentration be given on cleanliness. Have 8 floors.

Specifically, the interactions with the lady receptionist lacked warmth and a welcoming attitude.* Room Service: This was the most disappointing part of the stay. I requested drinking water, but it was never delivered. I eventually checked out without ever receiving the water I asked for....While the physical property and the restaurant staff are top-notch, the front office and room service efficiency need significant attention to match the quality of the rooms.
