* The room at Regnant Hotel was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was neat, and all amenities were available. Staff was polite and room service was prompt. The location near the city center makes it very convenient. Great value for money overall.

My stay at Regnant Hotel in Lucknow was very disappointing. I reserved an Executive Room via Agoda, which clearly stated it would include a king-size bed. However, upon arrival, I was assigned a very small room that did not match the description at all. The space felt cramped immediately. The air conditioner barely worked, the room had a strong unpleasant odor, and cleanliness was lacking. Housekeeping did not meet expectations, and the hospitality felt unprofessional. I ordered Pink Sauce Pasta from the hotel, but it smelled off and seemed inedible, so I left it untouched. What upset me most was the front desk's response. When I complained about the wrong room, they blamed Agoda and told me to contact them, which is unacceptable. If the hotel lists rooms on Agoda and accepts bookings, they should honor them or fix any issues. Guests arriving after long trips shouldn't have to argue over their paid room. The reception staff was also very unprofessional, addressing me casually instead of politely and professionally. Overall, the room quality, food, cleanliness, service, and customer care were all well below what I expected. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and professional stay in Lucknow, as there are much better options at the same price.
