My experience this time was much worse compared to my previous stay at the same hotel. The reception staff acted very irresponsibly and did not properly address guests, which shows a lack of professionalism. To clarify, I shared my experience, not feedback, and it was quite negative. Contrary to what was said about me asking staff to edit the bill, I booked a double occupancy Executive room. If your staff were professional, they should have informed me before check-in that there would be extra charges for children under 10 years old. Instead, I was only told about this during checkout on August 2nd around 10:30 am when I was paying. What upset me most was that when I tried to discuss this with the reception staff, he ignored me and refused to listen, while responding to another guest nearby. Is this how your staff treat guests? If you doubt my experience, you can check your CCTV footage; the person in a green shirt and glasses in the lobby did not respond to me. If you think my comments are false, I can remove this negative review. Please don't assume you have professional staff at your property, as it took about 9 to 10 minutes for him to provide the invoice. Again, I am just sharing my experience, not feedback. I hope you understand.

Had the worst experience dealing with the reception staff.

An amazing experience of genuine Maltese hospitality at Bayroom Maltese resto club. We tried the traditional rabbit and local octopus pasta, and it was truly delightful! The flavors were fresh and authentic, and the servings were quite ample. The staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. A special thanks to Jyothis, who is very skilled and always smiling, taking great care of us. We will definitely return. I strongly suggest eating here if you visit the islands. It was an ideal evening.

I stay here frequently. This is my personal experience. I came with my 4-year-old son who enjoys spending some time in the pool, but I don't find the pool service very helpful for guests. It seems more beneficial for locals who come here for training.
