I recently visited this property on 13th June for staycation with family. Initially there was a bit confusion regarding the booking voucher but it got sorted out soon. Coming on the location, it was situated at the outskirts of city but very serene location. The cottage which I booked for us was upgraded to private pool room by the manager later on. There was no buffet due to less number of booking but it was fairly compensated by the team with delicious on spot order. Overall the experience was very nice. I highly recommend people to plan for staycations here.

I stayed at this property on June 13th for a family staycation. There was some initial confusion about the booking voucher, but it was quickly resolved. The location is on the city's outskirts, offering a peaceful setting. The manager upgraded my booked cottage to a private pool room. Although there was no buffet because of low bookings, the team made up for it with tasty made-to-order meals. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I strongly suggest planning a staycation here.

The Sawai Bagh ’ without a doubt one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever faced.I have stayed at countless 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star properties across different destinations, but I have never seen such poor management, hygiene, and service standards. Honestly, this property does not even deserve a 1-star rating.We checked in on 22nd May with a corporate group of 42 members, expecting a smooth and comfortable stay. However, within minutes of check-in, complaints started pouring in from almost every guest.The rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Several air conditioners were not working at all despite the intense heat. There was no proper water supply for bathing, and even drinking water arrangements were inadequate. To make matters worse, the conference hall ’ where our meetings were supposed to take place ’ was unhygienic and covered with pigeon droppings, which was absolutely unacceptable for any professional gathering.The restaurant facilities were equally disappointing, with non-functional ACs making it impossible for guests to dine comfortably. The overall atmosphere felt neglected, unmanaged, and completely unfit for hosting large groups or corporate events.The situation became so unbearable that we had no option but to immediately shift all 42 guests to another property at the last moment. This caused us massive inconvenience, embarrassment in front of our team, and a direct financial loss of approximately ’1.5 lakh.What is even more disappointing is that despite the terrible experience and operational failures from the property’s side, the advance payment made to The Sawai Bagh was not refunded.This entire experience was highly unprofessional, mentally exhausting, and financially damaging. I strongly recommend travelers, families, and corporate groups to think multiple times before booking this property. Hospitality is not just about beautiful pictures online ’ it is about cleanliness, basic facilities, professionalism, and guest respect, all of which were completely missing here.Worst hospitality experience of my life.
