One of the best hotels in Mangalore! The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, and the service is excellent. The food quality is also amazing with a lot of delicious options.The hotel has great facilities and a very pleasant atmosphere, making it perfect for both family stays and business visits. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend everyone visiting Mangalore to stay here. Looking forward to visiting again!

Extremely Disappointing Stay ’ False PromisesI booked my room at Sea View Hotel Mangalore two months in advance specifically because the hotel promised a room on the highest floor with a proper sea view. Unfortunately, what I received was the complete opposite.Despite confirming the booking well in adqvance, the hotel gave us one of the lowest floor rooms. Not only was there no sea view, there wasn’t even a view of Mangala Stadium as they suggested. Instead, we were stuck with a dull, obstructed view that had nothing to do with what was promised during booking.It honestly feels like the hotel overpromises just to secure bookings and then assigns whatever room is left at check-in. What’s the point of booking months early if the commitment means nothing?The most frustrating part was the complete lack of accountability from the staff. No proper explanation, no effort to fix the situation, and certainly no attempt to compensate for the clear downgrade from what was advertised.If you’re booking here for the ’sea view’ or a specific room request, don’t rely on their promises. Based on my experience, they clearly don’t honor them.Very disappointing and definitely not worth the expectation they set.

My colleagues from Bangalore stayed at your hotel on the 3rd of this month and had a very bad experience.They opted for early morning check-in and were charged extra for it; however, the bill has still not been provided till date. Despite multiple follow-ups, the reception staff is not sharing the manager’s contact number.This booking was made for official purposes, so the bill is mandatory. The total bill amount was approximately ’7,500, but ’10,000 was paid. The balance amount has still not been refunded.We are from a reputed Bangalore-based company, and I am personally from Mangalore. I was asked to select a good hotel, and I trusted your hotel and recommended it. Unfortunately, due to this experience, my colleagues are blaming me, and we are still following up for both the pending bill and the balance payment.Because of this unprofessional handling, I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone in the future.

Bed sheets were stained and not clean. No regional channels in the TV. Room was clean and food was okay, but the complimentary breakfast could have been better.
