I would like to start by saying that this is a beautiful hotel, and throughout my stay I found the staff to be kind, helpful, and courteous. However, there were a few disappointing experiences that I did not expect, and I wanted to share them directly with the management rather than posting them online.During check-in, I requested an iron and ironing board at reception as I was in a hurry. Unfortunately, it took approximately 25 minutes for the items to be delivered to my room. When the staff member arrived with the iron, I also noticed a female hair on the bed, which I immediately brought to their attention.The following morning, at around 7:30 a.m., I received a call from reception asking for the iron and ironing board to be returned. As I was on holiday and still asleep, I found this quite disappointing. Guests should be able to rest comfortably without being disturbed so early, especially for a non-urgent matter.I also noticed that the dental kit provided in the room had expired a month earlier. While this may seem like a small detail, it raises concerns about room inspections and quality checks.At check-out, I was informed that the manager would be arriving within an hour. As I genuinely wanted to provide my feedback in person, I decided to wait. However, after waiting for nearly two hours, I was then told that the manager would be delayed for another two hours due to an emergency. While I completely understand that emergencies can happen, it would have been appreciated if this information had been communicated to me earlier rather than after I had spent considerable time waiting.Before leaving the hotel, I requested that the manager contact me so I could share my feedback directly. Unfortunately, I have not received any call or follow-up to date, which has been particularly disappointing.I am sharing this feedback because I believe this hotel has great potential and many positive qualities. The staff were genuinely pleasant and helpful, and the property itself is wonderful. However, attention to details such as room cleanliness, product checks, guest comfort, communication, and follow-up are important aspects of the guest experience.As guests, we pay for comfort, quality service, and peace of mind. While I enjoyed many aspects of my stay, these issues unfortunately affected my overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the experience for future guests.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast was sumptuous. Lunch and dinner options were also good. Hotel is located at Ladyhill on the main road.

Room service was not up to expectations.

Our stay at Hotel Sea View in Mangalore was truly exceptional!’The hospitality here is outstanding, starting with the owner, Dr. Shenoy. His humble nature and down-to-earth personality made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to find a property where the owner is so approachable and genuinely invested in the comfort of his guests.’The amenities are fantastic, but the rooftop pool was the absolute highlight for my kid. They had a wonderful time swimming while we enjoyed the beautiful views. It is definitely the best spot in the hotel to relax and unwind.’We were also very impressed with the dining:’Blue Sapphire Restaurant: The food was delicious with a great variety of flavors. Every meal we had was top-quality. Ghee Roast with Neer Dosa and Sukkha is a must try.’Complimentary Breakfast: The breakfast spread was excellent’fresh, plentiful, and a perfect start to our mornings.’If you’re looking for a place that combines great facilities with a warm, personal touch, I cannot recommend Hotel Sea View enough. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
