Very poor and worst serviceDesk staff and security person are rood and having zero sence about hospitality.Please confirm and fix all rates before bookingVery unprofessional and horrible experience I have with this hotel and there staff.

Dear Hotel Manager,I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at your property. The front desk team was rude and arrogant, and showed complete disregard for guest concerns. Staff members did not bother to listen or address the issues raised.This was particularly upsetting because I had recommended your hotel for this booking. The behavior of your team reflects poorly on the hotel’s reputation.I expect hotels to maintain basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take corrective action to avoid such experiences for future guests.

This is a beautiful venue’perfect for meetings and parties. The buffet is super well-organized, the location is spot-on, and they offer an impeccable menu with delicious food. Very bad experience, Manager Mr. Sourabh datta and receptionist mr. Rajiv sarkar is very poor in their services they refused to provide the drinking RO water. MAP plan is worst always providing the potatoes in their all the meals.Those peoples are forcing me to stay on their rules, which they are not able to provide in written.They don't respect the customers.I got your reply but not able to answer that reply becouse of Google policy.According to your reply, I understand that you will newer change your worst attitude and toxic behaviour, by the way Sourabh datta only told me that they don't bother and he don't need my signature you can check your video recording at the reception.About my loundry you can send it though courier, you have my address already in your system.
