The Tall Trees Munnar

Nice

Our time at Tall Trees was truly delightful. The lush greenery and tranquil environment made our visit very relaxing and pleasant. We booked directly through the front office and noticed their prices were cheaper than those on online platforms. We chose the all-meal plan, and the food was excellent with a wide range of options. The customer service was outstanding, with the front office staff being friendly and professional. The restaurant team was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive during our stay. Special thanks to Ranjith for being especially kind, helpful, and considerate throughout. Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at Tall Trees and greatly valued the beautiful setting and the warm hospitality from everyone. We highly recommend it for its greenery, peaceful vibe, delicious food, and top-notch service!

We really liked our time at this resort. It has a wonderful atmosphere with a natural and calm feel. Our room was roomy, tidy, and cozy. The balcony was somewhat untidy, but given the frequent rain in the region, it was understandable. The nature trek stood out as a favorite part for me. Our guide was very kind and enhanced the experience. He also led the evening tea-tasting session, which I enjoyed a lot. His enthusiasm and passion made both activities more engaging and fun. The restaurant offers tasty meals, and there are indoor games and a library area to keep you entertained while relaxing at the resort. The staff were friendly and welcoming, genuinely aiming to make our stay pleasant. I especially valued how the resort managed our transportation. We had booked an auto through them, but due to traffic, the driver refused to come. The resort provided their own vehicle to take us without any extra charge. This small but thoughtful act meant a lot to me. Overall, it was a very pleasant and restful stay, and I would definitely like to return.

Stayed early August. Beautiful property at an excellent location. The property is surrounded by trees and thisgives an excellent vibe. Room were clean and the room service was excellent. Bathrooms were clean and had hot water round the clock. Wifi connectivity was good though out the property. Buggies were available at our request and the wait was minimal despite the resort being fully packed. We loved the restaurant with the open ceiling view and the food was delicious. The breakfast spread was very good. A special shout out to Ms. Alisha and Mr. Renjith for excellent service and promptly attending us during our stay. We had requested for a small arrangement for our kids birthday and it was beautifully arranged in the glasshouse free of cost. We sincerely appreciate this gesture. We had good family time in the recreation area and don't miss their spa. The swimming pool was temperature controlled and our kids had a excellent time. Overall an excellent stay and will visit again.

This is one of a kind of a resort. The premises is around 66 acres and there is trekking trail inside the resort. It's like a mini forest and well maintained. Service is also impeccable. Buffet breakfast was really awesome. Only issue we faced was that my wife got bitten by leach inside the resort. But these things are unavoidable in an eco system like this .
