Worth Stay, Clean rooms, Helpful staff, Food can be ordered, near by beach and other restaurants. But car Parking might be tricky.
This is among the top hotels in Mahabalipuram, especially if you're visiting with infants. The hospitality is excellent, and the staff are very polite, decent, and helpful. The location is fantastic—you can easily walk out and find everything you need, including food and medicine. It's also just a 2-minute walk from the beach, making it ideal for families.

Family • May 2026The check-in process was terrible. Despite having booked and confirmed in advance, our room was given to another guest because they claimed we didn't arrive by 12 pm. We actually arrived exactly at 1 pm. They explained that Agoda doesn't allow them to see the customer's phone number, but they should have at least noted our call and informed us about the 12 pm policy, which they did not. The staff were very unprofessional and the experience was very disappointing. If it were possible, I would give zero stars. Imagine arriving in the heat, expecting your reserved room, only to find it has been given away. I definitely do not recommend this place.
