Service was bad. The employees were impolite and acted unprofessionally. It was a very letdown experience. I wouldn't suggest staying at this hotel.

We held our Bashi Biya at Town & Country Inn, Beltola, in December 2025, and it was a fantastic experience. We reserved a whole floor for about 50 guests, and the lodging was comfortable and well organized. Special thanks to Govinda Da and his team for their support throughout the event. They assisted with the decorations, making the venue look stunning for the occasion. The food was a standout feature, being well prepared, well served, and enjoyed by all our guests. Even with around 150 attendees, everything was handled smoothly. We also appreciated the kind gesture of packing leftover food for our long trip home. Finding a venue in Guwahati that provides good service at a fair price can be challenging, but Town & Country Inn offered excellent value. Thanks to the whole team for making our special day unforgettable. Highly recommended for family events and celebrations.

Reviewing late!! This hotel is very dirty!!! It's a rundown place with annoying salespeople! I stayed there two years ago and the rooms were disgusting. I would never stay at this hotel again. The worst thing is their sales team—they keep calling repeatedly to get you to rebook. Even now, two years later, I still get calls. Please stop bothering your customers!!

Top property in the city, well connected between the highway and city, close to the market area, and offers excellent hospitality.

Service is poor and the food is very bad because I ordered dal, rice, and fish fry but the dal is very poor. The service staff is slow and hygiene is not maintained. I am not happy.
