Don't let the glossy website photos fool you. We stayed here for a weekend getaway and were deeply disappointed.First, the service was practically nonexistent. The front desk staff acted like we were interrupting their day just by checking in. When we got to our room, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly’there was dust on every surface and hair left in the shower.To make matters worse, the walls are paper-thin. We could hear every conversation in the hallway and the TV from the room next door all night long. For the price they are charging, you expect basic cleanliness and a decent night's sleep. We won't be back also food delivery to much late

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The food quality was very poor, and several items listed on the menu were unavailable. The service was equally unsatisfactory. The staff appeared uninterested in taking orders and showed little concern for customer satisfaction.The waiting time was unacceptable. Despite placing the order well in advance, the food was served after approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. There was no proper communication regarding the delay, and repeated follow-ups did not receive a satisfactory response.Overall, the combination of poor food quality, limited menu availability, inattentive staff, and excessive waiting time made for a very unpleasant dining experience. Significant improvements in customer service, food management, and operational efficiency are needed. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
