Couple • India • Sep 2026The maintenance is very bad; when you book, they show nice, well-kept rooms, but then they give you terrible ones. The AC leaks water, there's no water in the bathrooms, electrical issues, and the reception staff are very rude.

Solo Traveller • Aug 2026This is definitely not a 3-star hotel. I strongly advise against staying here. They seem to be running a scam with terrible service. Our experience was the worst. The room had many problems: no water in the bathroom, a leaking AC, and water dripping from the geyser. They present everything as perfect when you book, but once you arrive, all the issues become clear.
