I booked this property in Bangalore through Agoda expecting a decent, family-friendly hotel based on the online photos, but the actual experience was an absolute nightmare. The listing is completely misleading, as the property turned out to be an OYO-managed location with a very sketchy and unsafe atmosphere that is entirely unfit for families. Upon entering the rooftop room assigned to us, we were appalled by the pathetic hygiene conditions; the bedsheets were unwashed, covered in hair, and visibly stained with blood. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff and local workers were occupying adjacent rooms on the rooftop, eating, drinking, and shouting loudly, creating an incredibly hostile and uncomfortable environment. When we raised these issues, the staff treated us with complete disrespect and displayed extraordinarily cheap, rude behavior without offering any resolution. This establishment practices gross misrepresentation and maintains unacceptable health and safety standards, and I strongly advise all travelers to avoid this hotel at all costs.
