The hotel reception staff is so unorganised, they had my booking checked in at someone else’s name. The room was full of mosquitoes, with no remedy suggested by the staff. There are no amenities in the room except for an AC and a non-working TV. Even basic things like a kettle and glasses for water aren’t there. The hotel does not even provide water or soap or shampoo! Terrible hygiene! The room had hair on the bedsheet when I entered and when asked to change it, the staff made excuses for it and provided me with a fresh sheet to change on my own after repeated requests!!
