FabHotel Palash Residency

After so much surfing I zeroed to this hotel. Booked executive room as it is spacious. I was offered complimentary biscuits and cokes in the room. Break fast was tasty and okay with the items. I have not taken any major meals hence cannot comment. Overall stay was good and recommendable for executive room 223.

Clean spacious rooms, Good food, very cooperative staff and good service at a reasonable price. The FnB staff is courteous and well trained. Overall great experience

I must say, it is a good hotel ’ if not excellent ’ considering the location and the services provided. I booked my room for an overnight stay of about 7’8 hours. The check-in process was easy, the porter service was prompt, and the room was clean. There was hot water available for bathing, the room smelled pleasant, and self-service tea was provided with an electric kettle available.A few cons and areas for improvement:1. Toiletries: These were missing. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, razor (for men), lotion, or hand towel. Only one bath towel was provided. It would be better if the room included at least one or two hand towels or an extra bath towel.2. Cleanliness: From a typical Indian perspective, it was acceptable. However, a foreign guest might notice some stains on the linens and a few broken fixtures in the room. A blow dryer would also be a nice addition.3. Complimentary Tea: It would be great if green tea sachets were included among the complimentary options.Overall, for the price (around ’2,500 including GST for a deluxe room), it is quite reasonable and comfortable. Thank you for the pleasant stay!As for room service, there was a ’15 charge for delivering food to the room, but the food was tasty.

We stayed here for one night as a quick stopover place, but the stay was nothing less than great!Loved the huge room (we got an upgrade as they had a larger room available and we booked for triple occupancy). The WiFi actually works, and the room had all basic necessities like toiletries and tea/ coffee kits along with 24 hour hot water and even a mini fridge.The check in process was smooth and the overall service from the team was excellent. Staff were friendly, professional and attentive to any and all requests of the guests.The hotel is centrally located with market and other necessities nearby.The only thing I'd like to point out are the food prices. The cost of almost every food item seen to be on the higher side. The quality, though, is AMAZING! No doubt, but for some items, the quantity may feel like less, specially given the higher price point.Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the experience was amazing at a very reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend and come back.

The hotel is very easily accessible from Ranchi Railway Station. The rooms are excellent, the food was tasty, and we had a very comfortable stay here. A special thanks to Receptionist Abhijit Singh’he is polite, well-mannered, and always greets guests warmly. I am very happy with the hospitality at Hotel Palash Residency.
