1/5 Stars - Outright Scam! Bait-and-Switch with Fake PhotosBooked based on the app’s shiny pictures of a nice hotel—sleek rooms, fancy lobby, all that jazz. Showed up to a total dump of a different hotel: filthy, outdated, and NOTHING like the photos. This is straight-up FRAUD!They lied to my face with deceptive images to lure me in, then dumped me at some knockoff spot with zero apologies or refunds. Absolute thieves ripping off customers. DO NOT BOOK HERE—report them and save your money.
