Not for families, booked alternate hotel to stay, because no customer care Agoda, not able to contact, also it's advance paid. Useless place for families. Online Photo and feedback are fake
Extremely poor service. AC did not have remote. They deliberately kept temp at 18 so that guests instead of relaxing plan to vacate asap so that the hotel goes for another booking. No drinking water. Unclean washroom. In short it’s note a hotel, it’s kind of a brothel. The staff is utterly unfriendly.
