Tree of Life Amara Resort & Spa

I visited this resort with my family and stayed for two days. I want to share a few points here. Firstly, the hospitality standards were excellent, and all our needs were met. The food during all dining sessions was fantastic. Just one small suggestion: it would be great to include some Gujarati cuisine, which was missing. Otherwise, everything was excellent in terms of taste, combination, and flavor. Special thanks to the operations manager Mr. Prashant and his team for their wonderful hospitality and service. We definitely plan to visit again with the entire family.

My stay was fantastic, and I want to especially thank Prashant Kumar, the Fnb Manager, for outstanding service. They were very polite, attentive, and always willing to assist with a friendly smile. Their professionalism and kind hospitality made my visit more pleasant and comfortable. They exceeded expectations to make sure all needs were met and made me feel genuinely welcomed. I appreciate it greatly and highly recommend them!

We were very disappointed and felt it was a waste of money to stay at this property for 2 nights and 3 days recently. The service was much worse than we expected. From my experience, this place is not worth spending money on at all. Problems I encountered included only 2 carts available for the entire property with 40 rooms. The food quality was also very poor, and they didn't even apologize but still charged us. When we booked, they said vehicle charging was included, but upon check-in, they asked for extra money to charge the car despite us paying 50k for the 3-day stay. Very shameful and disappointing. I do not recommend going here and wasting your valuable money.

This was the worst experience I've had. The rooms are well constructed and probably the only positive aspect of this place. The food was terrible, served stale, and the breakfast lacked flavor; we ended up just eating bread toast. Service was slow, taking at least half an hour to respond after calling. We requested an iron for our room, which took 45 minutes to arrive. When booking, we asked about EV car charging and were told it was available, but after check-in they demanded a fee of 100 per hour. No reputable property charges for EV charging like this. Everything here is overpriced and does not match the quality of experience they claim to offer. Overall, very disappointed with the Tree of Life chain and the management of this property.

Is property me humne unka sabse premium room liya tha, jo afford kar sakta hai wahi lega. Phir bhi hume 15 minute tak baithne ke liye jagah nahi di gayi kyunki room check kar rahe the, jo mujhe bilkul pasand nahi aaya. Jo chor hoga wo nahi aayega itna kharcha karke is property me, aur wo bhi premium room nahi lega. Hum Udaipur me aur bhi zyada premium properties me gaye hain, par wahan aisa nahi hua. Agli baar yahan aana mumkin nahi hai aur kisi ko recommend bhi nahi karenge.
