Had a wonderful experience at the Treebo Eden Park Ahmedabad. Everything about this hotel is good which has clean and spacious comfortable rooms. You have option from room types which has high-way view to very silent back side rooms. The friendly staff is also excellent.

We recently stayed at Treebo Eden Park Hotel, Ahmedabad from 25 Jan - 27 Jan, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. We were hoping for a comfortable stay, but the reality was far from it. The first issue we faced was the extreme price (~13k per night per room - Total ~53k). Even though we understand there might be price hikes due to high deman in lieu of the Coldplay concert, the steep increase was completely unjustifiable for the kind of hospitality we received.We had booked two rooms, and one of them had a strong, musty, damp smell. The bathroom in that room was foul, with a stinky odor that made it impossible to feel comfortable. We tried to make do for the first day, but when we returned to the room in the evening, it was unbearable. We couldn’t even enter due to the overwhelming stench. Thankfully, we managed to get another room that was vacant (and just slightly better), but the whole experience was incredibly frustrating.Security was another major concern. The hotel was situated in an abandoned shopping complex in a very isolated area. To make matters worse, the back door was left open, even at 2:00 am, making us feel extremely unsafe. We were honestly shocked by the lack of security measures.Room service was disappointing as well. We requested hot drinking water, but it never arrived, and that just added to the overall poor service.At the end of the day, we paid as much as we would for a luxury hotel, but this experience was far from luxury. The conditions, service, and lack of basic amenities made this stay not worth a fraction of what we paid. Given the numerous issues we encountered, we hope Agoda takes this into serious consideration and takes some sort remedial action as this stay was ABSOLUTELY not worth the cost. Looking forward to hear back from you and waiting to see on what remedial actions Agoda takes in light of such substandard service.

Doormats was very dirty. Staffs are not attentive. Made call several times for water and all in the morning staff not attending the phone.
