My stay at Hotel Grand Legacy Shahenshah was awful and a total waste of money. The facilities were almost non-existent. The AC in our first room was broken, so we had to move to another room late at night. The cleanliness was terrible—the room was dirty, the bedsheets stained, and the kitchen was disgusting. The bathroom was worse, infested with cockroaches and missing basic toiletries like face wash. On top of that, there was no TV, and the Wi-Fi never worked during our stay. Despite such poor service, the management still overcharged and asked for extra money. I strongly advise against staying here.

Maybe this property was good once, but it is clearly not being maintained now.We paid around ’2,600 for 3 people after discount, but even that felt too high for the quality provided. The lift had a bad smell, the stairs looked like they had not been cleaned properly, and the overall hygiene of the property was poor.The room was also disappointing. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, with spring noise throughout the night. The washroom had a bad smell, the exhaust fan was very noisy, there was no proper soap, and the room was full of mosquitoes. Without the AC, the room smelled even worse. The only positive point was that the AC worked properly.Staff behaviour was also very unprofessional and the property did not feel guest-friendly at all. For the condition of the rooms and facilities, they should seriously improve cleanliness, maintenance, pest control, and staff training before charging guests at this level.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made. The property badly needs maintenance and better hygiene standards.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, the exhaust fan was loud, there was no adequate soap, and mosquitoes were everywhere. Without the AC, the room smelled even worse. The only good aspect was that the AC functioned well. The staff were unprofessional and the hotel did not feel welcoming. Given the state of the rooms and amenities, they need to significantly improve cleanliness, maintenance, pest control, and staff training before charging these rates. I would not suggest this hotel unless major changes are made. The property urgently requires better upkeep and hygiene.
