Hotel this platform elysee is very Good. Staff of hotel is very polite and humble and also cooperative. Location of hotel is not far away from dehradun railway station hardly 2.7km.
★☆☆☆☆Very disappointing experience. The bathroom door lock was not working properly, which is a basic necessity for privacy and safety. The bathroom walls were dirty, and the washbasin tap was not functioning correctly.The mini fridge in the room was extremely dirty inside. Its condition was so poor that we did not feel comfortable keeping any food or drinks in it. On top of that, the doorbell kept ringing repeatedly, causing unnecessary disturbance during our stay.The biggest issue was that the hotel looked nothing like the photos shown online. The actual room condition was completely different from what was advertised. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and room quality were far below expectations.I would not recommend this hotel to others.
