The front office staff, especially Danish, were exceptional. He provided us with the best local recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center and close to everything. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was quite small and the walls were thin, so we could hear noise from the street and neighboring rooms. Also, the breakfast was average at best. It was an okay stay for one night, but not for a long Stay

We booked this hotel through Treebo Hotels, where the pictures showed a spacious room with proper ventilation. However, the room we received was much smaller than what was shown online.The main issue was ventilation. There was no window at all, which made the room feel extremely suffocating and uncomfortable. To make it worse, there was no fan inside the room either. Staying in that condition felt terrible ’ honestly, a big no.When we asked the staff about changing the room, they denied having any other type of room available, even though it seemed they did have other options.The hotel has an in-built restaurant, but it only serves breakfast, which is quite inconvenient for guests staying longer. Tea is made from a machine, and it does not mix properly, affecting the taste. They do not provide lunch or dinner, so guests have to order food from outside.

I am a fan of treboo hotels since 2015.but this time i was very disappointed by there service.The staff is arrogant from reception desk to restaurant staff.My room was no cleaned till evening,even though i had given instructions to clean in the morning while going for my work. Towels were torn.No toiletries provided other than soap.Staff urgently needs some training.Buffet was a blunder only with boiled eggs in nonveg.I requested for masala omlette the staff clearly told a big NO.Rooms & washroom r clean with only soap in washroom available.Location is 7 minutes walk to new market.
