Room service was not satisfactory during our stay. We ordered a cup of tea, but it was never delivered despite waiting for more than two hours. We also requested two bottles of water, which were not delivered either. This lack of responsiveness significantly affected our overall experience.

Hotel location is around 3 km from the city, difficult to find out. It's mentioned Resort, but it's not look like resort facilities, water level of swimming pool around 4 ft. No amenities for kid's Play. No varities of Breakfast and not up to Mark of Resorts category. Rooms are good, interiors of rooms are very nice. Washroom is small. I think in that amount you can find out better Resort/Hotel.

At 1:30 AM, two male guests opened the door to our room using a hotel-issued key while my mother, younger sister, and I were inside. Thankfully, the safety latch was on, otherwise they could have entered completely. The guests said the hotel had assigned them our room. This was a major security breach that left us terrified and unable to sleep for the rest of the night.The staff apologized and admitted it was their mistake, but an apology cannot undo such a serious lapse in guest safety.There were several other issues as well: the food was average, the swimming pool was dirty, my grandparents’ AC was not working and they had to change rooms, and my uncle’s geyser was not working, forcing him to use another room’s bathroom.Overall, poor maintenance, poor management, and most importantly, a complete failure in ensuring guest safety. I would not recommend this property, especially for families and women travelers.
