The location is handy, being very close to Malavli Railway Station, and the room was fairly spacious and somewhat clean. Still, the overall stay was disappointing. The bedsheets and pillow cover had stains, and no replacements were given that night due to almost no staff available after check-in. This was frustrating since there was no one to contact for simple requests. No information about food or nearby dining options was provided, so I suggest arranging your own meals, especially for the night, as food choices nearby are limited. The Wi-Fi was problematic; the password given was wrong, and the staff contact number behind the room door was only 9 digits, making it useless for reaching anyone. Security is also a worry because of the lack of staff presence at night. In summary, the location is good and the room is okay for a short budget stay, but poor housekeeping, no staff availability, and basic service problems made the experience worse than expected. I would likely choose a different place in Malavli next time.
