Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff were literally sleeping and completely ignored us. No one bothered to help, no one cared to respond. We requested early check-in ’ it wasn’t available, fine ’ but there was not even a basic facility to store luggage or any effort made to assist us. Zero hospitality. Zero professionalism. Zero respect.This place doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel. It feels worse than a roadside shelter. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay anywhere else ’ even waiting outside would be a better experience than staying here.A very little positive is that only the security guard who was sleeping too, but at least he was courteous and empathetic.

During my stay at Treebo Sahara Shivaji Nagar, Pune, I found multiple cockroaches in my hotel room, which is a clear indication of poor hygiene and poses a health and safety risk. I immediately informed the hotel staff and requested a room change. However, I was informed that no alternate room was available.Considering the situation and my concern for personal safety, I requested cotton to place in my ears while sleeping to avoid any chance of cockroaches entering my ears. Shockingly, instead of addressing the root problem or offering any proper assistance, the hotel staff sent tissue paper and advised me to put it in my ears and sleep.This response was highly irresponsible, unsafe, and insensitive. Such advice could have led to serious medical issues and is completely unacceptable from a hotel listed on a reputed platform.This experience has caused me extreme discomfort, anxiety, and distress. I chose this hotel from MakeMyTrip expecting a basic standard of hygiene, safety, and customer care, all of which were clearly violated in this case. I am attaching one pic of a cockroach which I found in my room. There are so many in bed, wardrobe & sofa.

Stayed at this place for 28-29th December 2025. Decent accomodation. Pathetic guest management. Poor reception staff. No housekeeping, no room cleanings between the stay. They don't even provide a bottle of water in the room. Then add charges for those bottles with some unknown taxes. 3 star hotel so to say, what a joke!

I had booked this Hotel from October 9, 2025, to October 12, 2025.Upon arrival, I was allotted Room No. 301, which had a strong smell of tobacco and dampness. I immediately requested a room change, and was shifted to Room No. 312. However, on the second day of my stay, I discovered that the room was infested with cockroaches and bed bugs.I promptly brought this to the attention of the hotel staff at the reception. Shockingly, their response was dismissive ’ they said, ’Sometimes bed bugs come with guests. We regularly do pest control.’ No alternative room was offered despite this serious hygiene issue.I completed my stay and checked out on October 12, 2025, as scheduled. Thereafter, I raised a formal complaint with the Treebo Team, supported by photographic evidence of the bed bugs from the room. After multiple follow-ups and extensive communication, I was refunded a mere Rs. 1,200/-, which is wholly inadequate considering the severity of the issue.Secondly, the Staff managing the breakfast is extremely impertinent and discourteous.
