Super sarvice Best' Hotel Staff
Rached the hotel in the morning. There was no power. The hotel bottom floor was flooded. Elevator wasn‘t working. So they took us via stairs. The entire pathway to stairs looked shady, smelly as sewage seeped into that area. The entire area felt, smelled and looked lik a septic toilet area. Me and my family ran away with our life. Upon submitting these conditions to Agoda, theg didn't even bother refunding our money. We had paid a good amount thinking this waa a good place. We were so wrong. Never ever booking this hotel or using Agoda again.
