COLIWO DEUX (COLIVE AND COWORK)

Agoda set up another scam it will show nice property and proper delux room, but when u reach to property they will main them basic roo With no facility. It happened with me since my last couple of travels

There was no hot water, and the reason given was that the solar system is not working. Since you charge the full price for the room, you should ensure hot water is available instead of offering this unprofessional excuse.

I booked this room and arrived around 6:00 PM. My experience was very disappointing for several reasons: 1. Even though I came almost 5 hours after the official check-in time, I had to wait while the room was being prepared. The staff moved pizza boxes out of the room in front of me, and the room smelled badly of food. The cupboard had a used towel left by the previous guest. 2. After entering, I found the AC was leaking. When I asked for a room change, I was first told to cancel my booking, which was unreasonable after a long day of work and travel. 3. Later, staff said another room would be given, but after my meeting when I checked again, I was told the room was given to someone else because I "should have hurried." 4. No bottled water was provided; the water can was empty, and fixing this took nearly an hour. 5. The bathroom is not attached to the room, which was not clearly stated. 6. There was no mirror in the room. 7. The window curtains were damaged and did not work properly. 8. The room description should be updated to clearly mention the lack of bottled water, non-attached bathroom, and other missing amenities to avoid misleading guests. Overall, the stay was very inconvenient and far below what I expected.

I booked this room and reached the property at around 6:00 PM. My experience was extremely disappointing for the following reasons:1. Despite arriving nearly 5 hours after the official check-in time, I was kept waiting for check-in while the room was being prepared. The staff even moved pizza boxes out of the room in front of me, and the room was filled with an unpleasant food smell. Cupboard had towel, Brush, lighter used from previous guest.2. After entering the room, I discovered that the AC was leaking. When I requested a room change, I was initially told to cancel the booking, which was highly unreasonable after a long day of office work and travel.3. Later, the staff informed me that another room would be provided. However, after I completed my meeting and followed up, I was told that the room had already been given to someone else because I "should have hurried." So you have decided to make someone suffer.4. No bottled drinking water was provided. The water can was empty, and resolving this issue took almost another hour.5. The washroom is not attached to the room, which was not clearly mentioned in description.6. There is no mirror in the room.7. The window curtains are damaged and did not function properly.8. The room description should be updated to accurately mention the lack of bottled water, non-attached bathroom, and other missing amenities to avoid misleading guests.Overall, the stay experience was highly inconvenient and far below expectations.
