Honestly my stay was really great... And was very comfortable... Mr prahlad wland mr vijay both are very polite staff..Room size is ok....Bathroom was very decent size and cleen..

Barely acceptable. Booked out of confusion and lure of a discount. The staff are impolite and need serious training in customer relations and support. At times they were dishonest and uncooperative right up front. The lift is ancient and extremely confined. The standard rooms are cramped. Rooms had a strange odour. The biggest let-down for us was that the bathrooms in both our rooms had no exhaust!! Facilities were acceptable for the price. The location is terrible and very far from the city centre. No eateries or restaurants nearby. The one right below the hotel (Roti Shoti) opens from 7pm to 11 pm, which is absolutely useless. No convenience stores at all in the vicinity. My recommendation is to keep this hotel as a last option. Several other better options are available nearby.

There was no basic courtesy or willingness to help guests. This kind of attitude completely ruins the stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fraudd hotel and hotel staff totally lier not take work take 3 days for only one day state absolutely frauds upare management also frauds also maintaining furji books and make faraji bill totally fraud they are charged 1 day 2500’

They're frauds. Didn't allow me to check in when they're showing bookings online. Nd when the site reached out to them, they're claiming i didn't show up. Complete fraud please never book this hotel.
