Overall rating one, the main reason is the fraud at this hotel.I paid for food at the hotel and the scanner provided was of the cook or waiter I don't know. But After amount paid he said he didn't received the amount and he followed me for this when I was having my dinner two times. In the morning during breakfast also he followed up. Later Manager came and said transfer 1 rupee and check then I asked his to show the scanner through the Google Pay app (in night he showed the scanner saved in gallery) then amount got credited. And then he asked me to transfer the amount again as they did not received it and said of the amount credit to them they will return. After that I transfered again the same amount and asked to return the amount when they get it and also bank the same will reflect in 2-3 days.After I checked out early due to some emergencies and I didn't remember about that amount neither they bothered about it.Don't recommend this hotel at all.Fraud will happen with anyone at this hotel.Before booking it read the review by genuine customers.

The room was okayish, not clean enough too. They need to maintain the room. Overall would not really recommend it.

I stayed here for one night at ’2000, and while the place is reasonably priced, I wouldn’t rate it above 3 stars. The rooms were fine, but definitely smaller than what the online photos suggest. Service was average, and the breakfast options didn’t really appeal to us, so we skipped it. The location and exterior also felt a bit overstated compared to the online presentation. I wouldn't book it twice.

Treebo Spring Book is located near Neheru Stadium , Dr B Baruah Road. It's a very basic Hotel . It's in the 2nd floor of the building. Rooms are very basic and small. Same is the bathroom. Food prices are reasonable and options are again very basic.Good for professional travelers .

We, four old people, stayed here three nights in 204 and 215 rooms. We are fully satisfied with lunch and dinner. The items were prepared as per our demands. The food was palatable and tasty. The price was fair and reasonable. Here complimentary breakfast was remarkable. There is a touch of Indian items as well as characteristics of western countries. The atmosphere is clean. The location is good. The employees behaviour is good. We are sorry to mention that we had to face a lot of problems because the geyser of room number 215 was not working and the door lock of room number 215 was not functioning properly. In spite of our repeated complaints, they didn't bother to resolve the problems.
