Very disappointing stay — most hotel services were unavailable and food was rarely available. The property condition and overall maintenance were below expectations. For almost every request/order, guests had to call staff on their personal mobile numbers, which felt unprofessional. Frequent staff parties and outside visitors raised serious safety and privacy concerns, especially for families. I raised these issues twice with Ixigo support, but received no meaningful resolution — totally unprofessional; I would not recommend this property or booking through Ixigo.

Very rude receptionist so bad hospitality worst stay ever terrific experience very disturbing behaviour

Terrible Bed Quality: The mattress was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. It felt exactly like sleeping on the floor. I barely got any rest.Extremely Rude Staff: The behavior of the staff was unacceptable. They do not know how to talk politely to customers.Zero Flexibility: At checkout, they aggressively told me to leave exactly at 12:00 PM. They refused to accommodate even a tiny 5-minute delay and treated me with zero respect.

Overall rating one, the main reason is the fraud at this hotel.I paid for food at the hotel and the scanner provided was of the cook or waiter I don't know. But After amount paid he said he didn't received the amount and he followed me for this when I was having my dinner two times. In the morning during breakfast also he followed up. Later Manager came and said transfer 1 rupee and check then I asked his to show the scanner through the Google Pay app (in night he showed the scanner saved in gallery) then amount got credited. And then he asked me to transfer the amount again as they did not received it and said of the amount credit to them they will return. After that I transfered again the same amount and asked to return the amount when they get it and also bank the same will reflect in 2-3 days.After I checked out early due to some emergencies and I didn't remember about that amount neither they bothered about it.Don't recommend this hotel at all.Fraud will happen with anyone at this hotel.Before booking it read the review by genuine customers.
