The hotel offers a comfortable stay with helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed one night after booking through the phone number on Google. --------------------------- Positives: • Located centrally, opposite Marwari Hospital • Rooms are spacious and mostly as shown in photos • Staff assisted with our luggage --------------------------- Concerns: • Surroundings and parking were dirty and unhygienic • Bedsheets were not properly cleaned, with hair and food stains noticed and reported • Expired milk powder packets found in the room (reported) • Liquid soap dispenser was empty and had to be reported ----------------------------------- The real disappointment happened after checkout. We left at 9:30 AM, left luggage at reception, and went to the local market. When heavy rain forced our group of six (including elderly, a child, and infant) to return around 10:45 AM, we politely asked for a room for a few hours and offered to order lunch from the hotel. Instead of a simple answer, the reception made us wait over 30 minutes, repeatedly asking when we'd leave despite us clearly saying by 1 PM. Their attitude was dismissive and rude, and the staff who were friendly during booking became unresponsive. After 30-40 minutes, they asked again and said we had to pay 1000/- for 2 hours. We lost patience and left immediately, waiting at the airport quietly. "Rooms unavailable/chargeable" is understandable, but the rude attitude is not. Hotels are remembered more for how they treat guests when help is needed than just their rooms. Sadly, this experience showed a very different side than the hospitality during booking. Not every traveler may face this, but if they do, it leaves a lasting negative impression.
