I stayed here while travelling to Bangalore. The rooms were average, and although the washrooms were clean, they were not great. The actual rooms were much more unclean and disappointing compared to what is shown in the Google photos.Overall, I did not have a good experience. If you have better options available, I would recommend choosing another place. I would not recommend staying here.

I checked in on July 11 after booking this property based on its excellent Google reviews. Trusting those reviews, I booked **7 rooms** for my family as we were attending a family function. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes I have made.Every single one of my family members was disappointed with the condition of the rooms, and I felt embarrassed for choosing this hotel. The rooms were poorly maintained, the bed sheets were dirty, the bathroom plumbing was in terrible condition, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable.The most shocking part was the bathroom. There was a broken shower gel bottle left on the floor, causing me to slip as soon as I entered. This was a serious safety hazard that could have resulted in a severe injury. To make matters worse, the shower head came off in my hand while I was using it, which clearly reflects the lack of basic maintenance.I cannot understand how this property has such positive Google reviews because my experience was completely different. I deeply regret booking 7 rooms here and exposing my family to such poor standards. Instead of enjoying our family function, everyone was left complaining about the hotel.I would strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this property. The management needs to take cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety seriously instead of relying on misleading online ratings.
