Nice Management and behavior of staff is polite
Overall, we had a good stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the hotel appears to have been recently renovated. We did face one unexpected issue with the digital lock of one of our rooms. Around 2 AM, the lock stopped working, and we later found out that the battery had died. Unfortunately, the maintenance team stopped responding to calls, which made the situation quite stressful. We ended up spending almost two hours in the lobby at midnight. However, the person managing the hotel during the night was very helpful and did his best to resolve the issue. He eventually managed to open the room for us.Overall, it was a good stay with one stressful incident. Nothing major, but it would be good for the hotel to ensure the digital locks are regularly checked and that maintenance support is available when needed.
