Although it's somewhat distant, the abundance of facilities and the lush greenery around more than compensate for it.

My stay at Tripura Resort, Hyd was disappointing. I booked a suite, but the maintenance was lacking. The resort had hosted an event the day before we arrived, and housekeeping was still cleaning upon our arrival. The environment felt dirty and neglected, which was a stark contrast to my last visit during Christmas when I was truly impressed. Several small issues added up: only a 200ml water bottle was provided for free, and we had to pay extra for 1L bottles, which seemed unusual for a suite at this price. The food, both in the restaurant and via room service, was too spicy with no effort to accommodate preferences. The worst part was that when we raised our concerns, the staff showed no real interest or response to resolve them. Considering the price, there are far better options in Hyderabad. I do not recommend this place.

The resort offers many positives, but maintenance is an issue and our experience was quite poor. The restaurant food was disappointing and could have been improved. The pool was unusable due to an event. It's wise to reconsider before booking here, as there are many other options at this price with better amenities.
