Everything is fine

The resort is ideal for small weddings and intimate gatherings since the property is relatively compact. The rooms are roomy and clean, though the bed could use better upkeep. The bathroom was adequate and met expectations. Food at Oasis Restaurant was average in flavor, but the service was outstanding with attentive and polite staff. Housekeeping service needs work, as calls often went unanswered, requiring us to contact the front desk for assistance. Conversely, in-room dining was quick and satisfactory. The resort features a large, well-kept swimming pool, a tidy rain dance area, a clean kids' pool, indoor games, and plenty of parking space.

Very pleasant stay. Priyanka at the reception rendered excellent service. Food was very tasty and the service at the restaurant was also good.I have given some suggestion to Priyanka to inform house keeping department. They should prepare a check list for the rooms so that everything is in place before the guests arrive.

I don't usually write reviews, but Tripura Resort truly deserves one.Planning a wedding is stressful, and we were nervous about whether everything would go as planned. The team treated us like family rather than just another booking, and that made all the difference.Every event’from our Haldi and Mehendi to the wedding and reception’was beautifully managed. The greenery, the peaceful ambience, and the venue itself made every photo look magical. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the resort was and how delicious the food tasted.What touched us the most was the hospitality. Whenever our parents or elderly relatives needed anything, the staff was always there with a smile. They were patient, kind, and genuinely cared that everything went perfectly.Even after the wedding, our family kept saying, "We couldn't have chosen a better venue." Looking back at our photos and videos brings back so many beautiful memories, and we're grateful that Tripura Resort became such an important part of our story.If you're looking for a venue that feels warm, peaceful, and truly memorable’not just another wedding hall’I would wholeheartedly recommend Tripura Resort.
