Excellent Stay, On the main road of Shankarpally - Chevella Highway.Price is reasonable, Decent cleanly maintained.Good facilities.Small children play area, Indoor games (Snooker, chess, carroms) Small indoor Gym, outdoor cricket volleyball play area.Swimming pool has few slides and with very less depth so anyone can enter and enjoy. Raindance is available.Boating facilities available for self pedal boats with a good central lake surrounded by all Rooms.Decent Convention centre with lawn available.Day outing facilities are provided.Small place with Rabbits being captivated.Food is decent.Housekeeping, Gardening, Reception are wonderful.

Happened to visit this resort recently as a family trip.. location is great, but service was pathetic, limitied food options and they say you get whats in the menu only when they have full occupancy. First the room that was allocated had issues with the intercom telephone, upon request the room was changed.. then when tried to order the food with the QR code placed on in the room to my surprise it dosent work, when called up room service, they say we will send you menu on whats app.. so now you want the customers to keep scrolling pages after pages even on a holiday?? After the request made they arraged for a physical menu book but to my surprise when i tried to order food for lunch all you get to hear is "Sir, we dont have this, we dont have that", i asked why, when you have it in menu why dont you have it available.. all you get to hear is sir there is less occupancy in our resort hence we dont have much options available. So do you people want the customers to book by checking weather you have good occupancy or not?? why should the customer even be bothered about your occupancy for the food options to be available?? No food options for kids and you call it a family vacation spot? The same happened during dinner time, tried to order Biryani and you get to hear "Sir, sorry we dont have it available as there is not much occupancy" I mean seriously?? Over all the location is good.. place is nice but if you can compromise on your food then go for this place.

This place definitely deserves a 5 star but giving 3 because lacking basic amenity. Firstly I loved this location quite peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. I didn’t find any mosquitoes during my stay. While checking in the staff doesn’t even greet you or have a smile just commercial, didn’t bother to offer a welcome drink or nothing. The roomwas spacious and comfortable but the AC looks like a cheap ones that makes lot of noise and in a large room it reverberates and quite disturbing while sleeping. The bathroom doesn’t have a soap holder which is basics and the exhaust doesn’t work at all, this tells me they’re not consistent in maintaining the property despite of having so many people working, what’s the point in paying them salary and not getting wha customers want? this place has a boating which is we do with the peddling but I felt like the pedal sounds a lot. I’m not sure if that’s how it works or relax, maintenance but the water needs quite cleaning as I see a lot of spoons and dirt at the bottom from outside, it looks everything good. The landscaping is good, but definitely requires attention on the details that are pointed out. The place has a restaurant the food was exceptional. I didn’t find any complaints at all. The buffet also was so delicious. The food was amazing and the staff were really good at the Restaurant. it’s a very good get away from the city and it’s not too far as well compared to the City traffic. I had to wake up early morning, 6 o’clock because of some stupid watchman was whistling around in the backside of the rooms. I’m not sure how insensible such people are, It totally disturbed my sleep. I’ll definitely come back and if nothing changes, my review will stay as is if not willing to change my review based on if they take my feedback seriously or not, but it’s worth the money that’s spent excluding the frustrating things.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately creates a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room we stayed in was surprisingly big and spacious, equipped with all the necessary facilities to make our stay convenient and relaxing. From the comfortable bedding to the well-arranged amenities, everything was thoughtfully provided. The food was another highlight of our stay ’ exceptionally tasty and freshly prepared. Every meal we tried was delicious, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.
