The staff there says he cannot understand what we say and just makes fun and laughs out like a joke . So terrible to spend the night there . There were much better facilities that are new on the opposite side . We made the booking through agora and they were arguing that it made through booking .comThe booking staff never answer the phone always another person picks up and said wrong number . No dinner could be ordered after 3 pm the staff *** said very rude to us elderly couple and making joke and laughing .The toilet flush is not working the pillow and the bed sheets very dirty .Toilet door had some kind of a peep hole and cockroaches were crawling in the toilet . Totally we over paid for the wrong choice made and the trip was ruined by the staff ***
Our stay at Tulsi Kayal Retreat was absolutely enchanting and wonderful. The location is perfect, set within a rainforest, and the rooms are roomy and spotless. Every staff member was polite and well-behaved.
