Vallone Vine yards

The restaurant manager and staff provided outstanding hospitality. The tasting tour was an amazing experience!

Dear Vallone Vineyards Team, I am at a loss for words to express my experience at Vallone Vineyards; this place truly feels like a dream. The hospitality and housekeeping were unparalleled. The food was fantastic. This was exactly the kind of getaway I wanted to share with my mother. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality.

A truly letdown experience. The food quality was very poor, particularly for vegetarians. The staff openly acknowledged that the restaurant mainly caters to non-vegetarian dishes, and it was evident. Vegetarian choices were very limited and unsatisfactory. The meals served seemed like cold, pre-packaged items rather than freshly cooked food. There was a complete lack of freshness and quality in the dishes. On top of that, the hospitality was almost absent. The staff appeared disinterested, and the service was disappointing throughout. Considering the prices, the food and service quality is unacceptable. I would not suggest this place, especially for vegetarians. Better to spend your money at a place that truly appreciates its guests.

The service was terrible from beginning to end. The staff were very rude, arrogant, and showed no interest in offering even basic hospitality. The vegetarian food was awful — bad flavor, low quality, and definitely not worth the price. What made it worse was the staff's attitude. Instead of addressing issues politely, they made us feel unwelcome. For a place that charges for hospitality, this level of service and food quality is unacceptable. It was a total waste of time and money. I would not suggest this place. Poor service, unfriendly staff, cold pizza, and food that tasted stale — a completely unpleasant experience and not worth the cost. Would not recommend.
