VISITEL - A Boutique Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated how courteous and well-organized everything felt.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities you’d expect’good Wi-Fi, clean linen, hot water, and a cozy bed. While not overly luxurious, the space was thoughtfully arranged and perfect for a short or mid-length stay.The highlight for me was the food’simple, tasty, and freshly prepared. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of local and continental options. Room service was prompt and polite as well.Location-wise, the hotel is well-placed with easy access to local attractions, public transport, and nearby restaurants. It’s a great value for the price!Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service without burning a hole in your pocket. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The rooms were okay but lacked any standout features. The staff was polite but not particularly attentive. The food was decent but nothing to write home about.The only major plus point is its close proximity to Apollo Hospitals, which made our stay convenient for medical purposes. If you're looking for a basic stay near Apollo, this place might work, but don't expect anything beyond the basics.Edit: Visited for the second time with family and booked a suite this time. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room was old and not properly cleaned. Locks on the bathroom and cupboards were broken. Service was below expectations ’ even basic things like replenishing minibar items were ignored.

We Made Corporate Bookings and asked our company to book . But unfortunately the Chef doesn’t know how to take care of the guests they don’t care if the guest have breakfast or not . Inappropriate behave with guests is not acceptable. I wouldn’t, anyone to go for this hotel . From My End A Big NO
