The quality of the food does not meet expectations.

Absolutely terrible experience.I booked this resort for a 3-hour wedding photoshoot session from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM and paid ’3,500 with the understanding that a room would be provided. The day before the shoot, I received a message saying: "As we are running full today there will be a small delay in room to get ready." A small delay is one thing, but what actually happened was completely different.When we arrived, we were told that all rooms were occupied and that a room would only be available after 11:00 AM’after our entire shoot slot had already ended. What was the point of booking a package that included room access if the room wasn't available during the allotted time?When I raised the issue around 10:30 AM, I was suddenly told that a meeting room was supposed to be our room. This was never mentioned during booking or in the invoice. To make things worse, we were never even given the key to that room.The manager's attitude was equally disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a solution, he seemed more interested in defending the resort and insisting that nothing was wrong from their side.Our entire team was forced to sit outside for most of the shoot with no proper facilities, despite paying for a package that promised room access. This felt like a case of accepting more bookings than they could handle and then leaving customers to deal with the consequences.Very poor management, poor communication, and absolutely not worth the money. If you're planning a wedding or pre-wedding shoot, I strongly recommend considering another resort. There are far better places that actually provide the facilities they promise.

At 10:30 AM, I was told a meeting room was supposed to be our room, which was never mentioned before or on the invoice, and we never got the key. The manager was unhelpful and defensive instead of admitting the mistake or offering a solution. Our team had to sit outside without proper facilities despite paying for room access. It seemed like they took more bookings than they could handle and left customers to suffer. The management and communication were very poor, and it was not worth the money. I suggest choosing another resort for wedding or pre-wedding shoots, as there are better places that actually deliver what they promise.

Agoda and this is in nexus. Review your food plan because there is no restaurents near . They even charge you for breakfast. It's a nexus.

Great location close to the river. Charming cottages, excellent food, and friendly staff. Watch out for wild elephants on the route to the hotel. Night rides are not advised.
