For a small weekend get away for people around ernakulam and aluva, this is a nice place to visit. Small yet beautiful and peaceful property. Very spacious and clean rooms. Food is also good.

Our stay at Whispering Waters Resort was overall a pleasant experience. The resort offers a very calm and peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The natural surroundings and serene environment were truly enjoyable and contributed greatly to our comfort.However, we felt that the quality of service did not fully meet our expectations. While the staff was courteous, there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and overall service efficiency.We had booked a hall for our night party, but we were surprised to find the team waiting at the hall and observing. While we expected one staff member for serving, having 2-3 staff members present made us uncomfortable.Additionally, we were charged for food provided to bus drivers as part of the guest bill, and this charge was non-negotiable, which was disappointing. Enhancing service standards and improving transparency in charges would greatly improve the guest experience and better match the resort’s tranquil setting.

The location and facilities are decent; however, the service quality is extremely poor. Despite a confirmed booking for 32 guests, drivers were charged separately for food, which is unacceptable.Late checkout was clearly discussed and agreed upon in advance, with one cottage approved until 2:00 PM. Nevertheless, staff began repeatedly calling us from 12:00 noon onwards, creating unnecessary pressure and negatively impacting the experience.Additionally, even after booking the hall for one hour, the server and three to four staff members stood watching us throughout, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.They also refused to cut fruits for us, indicating a lack of basic hospitality and service orientation.Overall, there was a clear absence of customer empathy and professionalism. Management needs to seriously review and improve service standards. Despite the good location, I would not recommend this place.

It was a good place. Very close to Paniyel poru falls which makes it a good location. We did a day trip of 20 people. 2300 per person with BBQ dinner, lunch, welcome drink and tea. It was a reasonable, good, memorable trip
