We went to try the lunch buffet... It was a wonderful experience.. Its in the 9th floor.. U can have veriety of dishes (include live naan, rotty, tikka) with good abience.. Highly recommended.. Pls make sure that u have booked ur slot in the previous day

Had a small lunch buffet at the restaurant 699+tax per person recently in May 2026. Decent spread for the amount with 9 non veg dishes (chicken, fish and beef) and 9 veg dishes,+ nearly 9 desserts including 1 plain ice cream . Live appam, omelet/egg, roti Nan, rice and curries, biriyani, lemon juice, 2 soups . Can get hot in the afternoon on sunny days. Not sure if this is an issue with the air conditioner. Parking is limited but valet parking available

Stayed at Room #1104 for a day. Starting from the reception, housekeeping staff, then the fantastic view from the room. Snacks and main course. Food was delicious as well as reasonably priced for a 4 star hotel. Morning buffet breakfast at 9th floor was splendid, especially the south indian choices! I do visit Ripples for the ambience during cricket matches. Thanking you team Windsor. Will definitely book a room soon.

We stay at this place, whenever we touch Trivandrum . It has been for many years.Their food is amazing, heavenly. Everything is good for a pleasant stay.BUT, THIS TIME WE HAVE NOTICED THAT THEIR AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING. WE POINTED IT OUT AND THEY CHANGED OUR ROOM. BUT THERE ALSO SOME ISSUE REMAINED. No fan in the rooms too! So, one can imagine how uncomfortable the stay would become in trivandrum climate. I've pointed this at the reception, but don't know whether they would act on it. Highly appreciate if they would.
