Hotel O Attukal Near Attakulangara Formerly Remya Residency

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. We had made a confirmed booking through Agoda, with a check-in time of 12:00 PM, and arrived at the property around 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, the property was completely different from what was shown on Agoda. The actual condition of the property was poor, and the photos/listing on Agoda did not accurately represent the property.Despite having a confirmed booking, when we asked for our room, we were made to wait for almost 30–45 minutes. This was completely unacceptable, especially after arriving several hours after the stated check-in time. The situation gave us the clear impression that our reserved room was not actually available and may have been given to someone else.We had to contact Agoda customer support and bring the issue to their attention. The property owner was not available, while the staff present at the property were uncooperative, unresponsive, and avoided giving us a clear explanation.When we were eventually shown the room, it was again nothing like what was advertised on Agoda. The room was not properly clean or hygienic and was not in a condition that we felt was appropriate or comfortable for staying.We reported all these issues, and we were assured that the booking would be cancelled and a refund would be provided. Because of this entire situation, we had no choice but to leave the property and search for another place to stay.What made the experience even worse was that we were visiting Thiruvananthapuram for the first time, were unfamiliar with the city and did not know the local language. After an exhausting journey, instead of being able to check into our confirmed room, we had to spend additional time finding another property.Overall, this was a very stressful, disappointing, and frustrating experience. The property condition, inaccurate Agoda listing, lack of room availability despite a confirmed booking, long waiting time, poor staff communication, and hygiene issues were all extremely disappointing.I strongly recommend that future guests verify the actual condition and availability of the property before booking. The experience we had was nowhere close to what was represented on Agoda.I had to reach out again and report this to Agoda but I did not receive the needed support.

Hotel representative refused to provide room to us . He told that all the rooms are full so there is no space then he opened a room which is very dirty, hairs spread on bed sheet. He just handover key and hide in his room and watching us from hiding behind troom door .He misbehaved us in very cruel manner This is very bad experience with Agoda We changed our hotel location and shifted to other hotel and paid to other hotel for stay.I paid at two hotels for one day stay and that's it . Solve my issue
