Hotel representative refused to provide room to us . He told that all the rooms are full so there is no space then he opened a room which is very dirty, hairs spread on bed sheet. He just handover key and hide in his room and watching us from hiding behind troom door .He misbehaved us in very cruel manner This is very bad experience with Agoda We changed our hotel location and shifted to other hotel and paid to other hotel for stay.I paid at two hotels for one day stay and that's it . Solve my issue
