Go First(Go Air) Travel Documents

The following are considered valid photo identification documents at airports:
  • Valid Passport/Driving Licence/Aadhaar Card/Election Voter Card/PAN Card
  • Photo Identity cards issued by government, public and reputed private sector organisations/Photo Credit Card.
In case the customer does not possess any of the above documents, they should carry a relevant attested document that contains a recent photograph of the person(s) travelling.

Modes of Payment Accepted by Go First:

Go First accepts Visa, Mastercard and RuPay as methods of payment on its website. Selected debit cards, credit cards and cash are also accepted at their booking outlets. Go First does not, however, accept personal cheques.

Documents Required to Avail Go First’s Student Discount:

Go First provides a 5% discount on base fare to students above the age of 12 years, who belong to a bonafide school/university. It is mandatory for the students to carry a valid ID card and display it at the time of check-in at the airport. For certain health/medical conditions, a customer requires a ‘Fit to Fly as a Customer’/‘Fit for Air Travel’ medical certificate valid for the travel date, mentioning the date of travel. It must be issued 24 hours prior to the date of travel, and must be issued by the customer’s treating and/or consulting registered allopath specialist/consultant doctor.
