Had a very poor experience. The rooms were dusty due to ongoing construction. There was no dining hall available, and the serving staff seemed unwilling to help. Food had to be served near the pool or in the rooms, and it was not hot. The buffet breakfast was replaced by a limited à la carte menu, which was less extensive than what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel.

My stay at Anna Celestial Hotel in Kanyakumari was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable — from the receptionist to the gentleman who welcomed us on arrival, everyone made us feel comfortable. The hotel is very clean, with well-kept rooms that are cozy and pleasant. The restaurant is worth highlighting: the food was tasty, not too oily, and cooked exactly to our liking. Each dish was rich in flavor and fulfilling. The dining experience was excellent. Thanks to Messia and all the restaurant staff. The property offers a stunning view, which enhances the overall experience. Cleanliness, hospitality, and careful attention to detail are noticeable throughout. The staff and service truly stand out. I will surely come back again :)
