Annai Celestial Resorts

The resort was nice but was undergoing construction, which caused strong smells of wood and varnish. They were building a new structure to add more rooms. Nearby, there is Annai Resort, where rooms are more expensive. Our breakfast was served at that resort, although they provided transportation to and from there. The food was mediocre, and they didn't know how to prepare stuffed parathas properly. It was my wife's birthday during our stay, and I had requested a complimentary cake surprise in advance, but they refused outright. Such service is disappointing for a good resort. We've traveled to many countries and places in India, staying at various resorts during birthdays and anniversaries, and all of them offered complimentary cakes and sometimes decorations as surprises.

I recently spent a night at Annai Celestial Hotel in a deluxe room. The room was large and nicely furnished. The staff were extremely polite. The food was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near all the tourist attractions. It is currently being renovated and has a fresh, new atmosphere.

Great value and outstanding service.

Had a wonderful time at Annai Celestial Resort. Our stay was enjoyable with a location directly facing the ocean and nestled in nature. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, equipped with excellent amenities, and kept in top condition. Every room overlooks the pool and also offers a view of the sea. The food was superb, especially their seafood dishes.

This was one of the worst stays I've ever had because of frequent power outages. Definitely unacceptable.
