Good highlights:- Lake view rooms are picturesque- Decent food- Offers spa and gaming activitiesCons:- We visited in June’26 and the road conditions are very bad- Serves only vegetarian food- Some basic maintenance issues such as the wooden flooring had worn off, bed sheet was torned at one place, etc.- Swimming pool water was dirty, lacks proper filteration system- Staff response could be better, I had to call the restaurant 4-5 times for ordering lunch before anyone picked the call- A bit expensive, considering the service quality
It didn't seems to be value for money. As per room type, where its mentioned facilities like slippers, bath rope, though it wasn't. I call and asked for it, but I didn't receive it. Food not at all for a foody person. I didn't like the breakfast. There is no more a hill view facing as they have construct another hotel that blocks the view. Swimming pool is quite small.
