You can update the review as follows:Worst hotel experience in Shimla. I would not recommend Aashiyana Clarks Inn to anyone.The hotel lacks basic facilities, and services are not provided on time. The property is not spacious, and the rooms feel cramped and claustrophobic. The Google Maps location is misleading, making it very difficult to find the hotel, especially since it is located in a basement area on Shimla's narrow roads.The rooms had a foul smell, and the furniture and curtains were old, worn out, and poorly maintained. Overall cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing. The parking area is extremely difficult to access, adding to the inconvenience.The food was equally disappointing. Most dishes were served cold, dry, and lacked freshness. Hygiene standards seemed poor, and even the crockery was not properly cleaned, which made the dining experience unpleasant.What was most disappointing was that everything seemed overpriced compared to the quality of the hotel and the services offered. The charges are simply not justified by the experience provided.Overall, this hotel offers very poor value for money. If possible, choose another hotel. I would give it zero stars if that were an option.

Our stay for 3 nights at Ashiana Clarks Inn in Shimla was good. Rooms were clean. I had inconvenience initially for hot water supply in our room, but it was later on sorted by changing the room.Breakfast and dinner served was delicious. Staff was polite. Overall, nice place to stay in Shimla.

Had a nice stay at Ashiana Inn with family. Staff is polite and location is good. It's near to Mall road with parking. Food is very good and hygenic. Hot water is available 24 hours which is must in Hills.

Had a very pleasant stay at Ashiana Clarks Inn, Shimla. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. Staff was polite and supportive throughout the stay. The location is great with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Worst hotel experience in Shimla ’ Avoid at all costsHad an absolutely terrible stay at Ashiana Clarks Inn, Shimla. From start to finish, everything was disappointing.The food was horrible ’ tasteless, poorly cooked, and completely not worth the price. Even basic items were served cold and felt unhygienic. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel claiming to be ’Clarks Inn’ standard.The staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, they were dismissive and arrogant. Any complaint or request was met with irritation, as if guests are doing them a favor by staying there.To make things worse, the Google location is incorrect, which caused unnecessary trouble reaching the hotel, especially in Shimla’s narrow and confusing roads. No proper guidance or support was provided by the hotel. Even they wer not picked the phone. We have tried 10-15 times.Overall, this hotel is overpriced, poorly managed, and misleading. There are far better options in Shimla at much lower prices.Would never recommend this place to anyone.
