Worst Experience in Shimla in a Decade ’ Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!I've been visiting Shimla regularly for over 10 years, and this has easily been my worst experience so far.We were 6 adults and 2 kids traveling together. Due to a massive traffic jam, we had to stop and look for a nearby place to stay. Unfortunately, we found Hotel Blue Diamond, and it turned out to be a terrible decision.Rooms were stinking, the linen was dirty, and the entire place smelled of dampness and seepage.The washrooms were filthy ’ the flush tank was broken, and the wash basin pipe leaked, pouring water on your feet every time you washed your hands.When we asked for basic essentials like soap and towels, they gave us just two tiny soaps and one towel ’ for 8 people! And they acted irritated when we requested more.The final straw? They even refused to warm milk for our baby, which is just inhumane.If you're planning a family trip to Shimla, do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely. It’s neither hygienic nor hospitable ’ not even at a basic level.I did not click pictures cuz i did not wanted to pour filth in my gallery.

Situated in a proper location.... Walking distance to Mall & Ridge...Staffs are well behaved as well as the service is just awesome...In need a small shop is there in the same premises...Special thanks to the Rahul bhaiya...your hospitality is never forgottable...’’??

Good service. Rooms are fine. They have a small supermarket downstairs which is very useful. Food is not costly and you can easily get food from the opposite side of hotel too. Locator is great.

This hotel is located beside the circular road, simla. Unlike many other hotels in simla it is very easy to locate from the road itself. Also if you are carrying a lot of luggages this is a good option because any vehicle can drop you just outside the hotel and you don't need to carry them a long way. I have seen many hotels in simla where cars don't reach as they are situated far from the main road and you might have to carry luggages long way walking to reach those hotels. So this is a plus point for this hotel.Also overall this is a very good hotel. The rooms are big, spacious, neat and clean with all sorts of amenities including led tv, table, chair, almirah etc. The bathrooms are also spacious, clean and well maintained. Hot water is available all the day.The staffs are also polite and friendly.The only negative point is that it is not close to the mall.So unless mall is your only priority in simla and you want a comfortable stay you can easily go ahead and book this hotel.
