Special thanks to the waiting staff - Rahul for arranging a private dining experience, Executive Chef Rajat ji for taking care of us. Front desk staff Seranshi for being so kind. Spa was also good - Dhanmaya gave a good massage experience.

My stay at Wildflower Hall was an unforgettable experience, combining luxury, comfort, and breathtaking natural beauty.From the warm welcome on arrival to the attentive service throughout my visit, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The outdoor heated jacuzzi surrounded by mist covered mountains was a particular highlight and provided a truly unique experience.It was impressive that Sunit Mukhija the GM met each guest everyday a couple of times to enquire about their comfort.A special mention for Rajat the chef who curated each meal specially for us keeping in mind our dietary requirements.Ravindra from housekeeping ensured that each and every minute detail was looked into so as to make our room as comfortable as possible. His quick response and initiatives deserve appreciation and commendation.

The property itself is breathtaking, surrounded by serene cedar forests and stunning mountain views, but what made our experience exceptional was the warmth and sincerity of the team.A special mention to Chef Rajat, who went far beyond his role in making us feel cared for throughout our stay. His hospitality, personal attention, and the time he took to walk us around the beautiful property reflected genuine passion and kindness. It’s rare to come across someone so invested in ensuring guests feel at home.Vrinda also deserves heartfelt appreciation for her ever-present support and remarkable attitude to deliver the best possible experience. No request ever felt too small, and her positive energy added greatly to our stay.I would also like to thank Nikita at the reception for handling our checkout so efficiently and, more importantly, for being genuinely interested in understanding our experience. What stood out most was how open she and the team were to feedback with a sincere desire to improve and make every guest’s visit flawless. Checked out of Wildflower Hall yesterday and what an amazing experience it was. The property itself, as one can read in many reviews, is spectacular. The rooms are extraordinary and the views unique. There is a Roman style pool indoors, an outdoor pool and jacuzzi with great views as well as a very good gym for this kind of property. The setting is serene and tranquil which gives the hotel a fairy tale feel.BUT, as is always the case, it is the people that make a property a unique in experience and we always want to recognize them. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed by Dinesh. Siransha the Guest Service Mgr was hugely helpful in sorting out a small issue we had with the room under the watchful eye of Vigit and Rahul the Front Office Manager and Acting GM respectively. Siransha seemed to be everywhere and was so helpful. Loki was great at getting things arranged and has a good sense of humor. Gaurav makes a perfect martini in the bar and Dunit, Ankesh and Nikhil were very efficient with room service and in the restaurant.My wife and I travel 7 months of the year and we know the difference. This is an extraordinary property with an extraordinary location and extraordinary staff. A must for travelers seeking a uniquely wonderful experience.
