How to Reach: Hotel Willow Banks is located on Mall Road, a heritage non-motorable pedestrian road. Public car parking is available 500 meters away. Porters (chargeable) assist with luggage. Guests can reach the hotel via the Govt. Tourism Lift followed by a 100-meter level walk to the right, or alternatively, walk up the Metropole Road (slightly steep) to access the hotel’s private lift directly to the reception. For any assistance, please contact the hotel reception.
