Worst service ever had. The staff is very rude over here. Also they don’t serve their own food. They do not have their own restaurant. If you want to eat you have to come downstairs all the walking and eat in other resorts restaurant.

The service here is the worst I've experienced. The staff are quite rude. Additionally, they don't provide their own food or have a restaurant on site. If you want to eat, you have to go downstairs and walk to a restaurant in another resort.

We stayed at Baycliff for 3 days, and I must say it is truly a hidden gem. The place is incredibly beautiful and peaceful, and it instantly filled me with a sense of calm and serenity.My special thanks to Mr. Taha and the entire staff, who were extremely helpful and ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay.The location is perfect close to all the famous spots in Varkala. The view from the cliff is absolutely heart-warming, and the beach is just a short walk away.I had a wonderful time here and would love to visit again with my family and friends.
