The Sanctum Spring Beach Resort

The resort is situated in an excellent location, and the staff members are extremely helpful.

We spent 6 days at Sanctum Spring Beach Resort. The service was excellent. The restaurant was enjoyable. The location is convenient. The swimming pool was pleasant. The staff were very friendly, and the front office lady was especially helpful.

I appreciated the warmth shown by everyone at the resort. They are attentive and always willing to help with a smile. Thanks to the Sanctum Spring Team for their service. Most importantly, the location is perfect, situated right on the Varkala cliff, allowing you to enjoy the stunning views from your room or balcony.

’Great location’The rooms are okay and clean. The staff are very cooperative especially Divya Madam. We stayed for 2 days and really loved the rooms. We had taken deluxe rooms and were happy with the booking. One room, there was issue with TV, but they made sure to provide a new one on the same day itself. Breakfast is too good. The main point about the hotel is the location. The location is great. Very prime. There is a bar nearby too. The rooms are not very luxurious but for the price i got, it was a deal. Suite rooms are better with extra charge if money is not an issue.

There are many shortcomings, but the staff are truly exceptional and do their utmost to make you comfortable. The swimming pool and location are the main highlights. There is no elevator, so accessing rooms on the first and second floors requires some effort. The pool is nice and children will enjoy it, with a separate area for little kids. Breakfast is average, but as mentioned, the staff are very helpful. The price might seem high at first, but after comparing with nearby hotels and considering the staff's great service, it feels reasonable. The beach is right across from the hotel, just about 50 to 100 steps away.
