From beginning to end, the experience was very disappointing. The check-in was slow and disorganized, and the staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. Rather than making guests feel welcome, they appeared uninterested in offering help. The room was in poor condition, not cleaned properly, and did not meet the expected standards for the price paid. Customer service was just as bad, with staff being unhelpful and dismissive whenever help was requested. Spending such a large amount for a two-day stay was definitely not justified. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone and will avoid staying here in the future.

Staying at Sunview Beach Resort in Varkala was an unforgettable experience. The standout feature of this place is its stunning location. Waking up to the sweeping views of the Arabian Sea and enjoying the sunset from the resort was truly enchanting. The tranquil environment makes it an ideal spot to relax and recharge. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well-kept, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout our time there. The staff were warm, polite, and always eager to assist with a friendly attitude, making us feel welcomed from arrival to departure. The sea-facing swimming pool enhanced the overall experience, and spending evenings there was one of the highlights of the trip. The resort's proximity to Varkala Cliff also made it convenient to explore nearby cafés, shops, and the beach by foot. In summary, Sunview Beach Resort is an excellent option for anyone seeking a peaceful beach getaway with breathtaking views, a calm atmosphere, and friendly service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back on my next trip to Varkala. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone wanting to experience Varkala's charm!

Untrustworthy Experience

These people are dishonest. I never checked into the room, so they shouldn't claim I used any services. I booked through MakeMyTrip for an ocean view vista, but they initially gave me a pool view room, saying the ocean view wasn't available. This happened after the entire check-in process was completed. If the room wasn't available, they should have informed me immediately instead of quietly moving me to a different room. There's no professionalism or ethics here. Avoid this place. The photos are misleading and the reality is quite different.
