Overall, I had a very good experience at the resort. The staff were courteous and helpful, the property was well-maintained, and the cleanliness was excellent. Everything about the stay was enjoyable and exceeded my expectations.I would like to share one small suggestion with the management regarding the check-in time. Currently, the check-in time is 2:00 PM, which may feel a bit late for guests who travel overnight and arrive in the morning. If possible, considering a check-in time of around 12:00 PM could provide greater convenience and enhance the guest experience.This is just a humble suggestion, as I believe it would encourage even more visitors to choose and enjoy your resort. Location was in second floor no staff helped us to shift the luggage and no access through lift. Manual lock and key, fan was too noisy. Bathroom fittings doesn't work properly. Food was good but too costly and too late to be served. Staffs were helpful and friendly unless we approach. Needs better maintenance.
Location was good and room was neat but with a bad odour which I was unable to identify the reason. Staffs use walky talky for communication but the doors are still with manual lock and key. Bathroom door doesn't lock. Bathroom fittings doesn't work properly. Staffs were so friendly and helpful. Food was good enough but costly and not worth it and the time taken to provide the ordered lunch will be around 1 hr. Property is good but needs better maintenance.
